Wild June Gin
In honor of Earth Day, we are pleased to present WildJune. Like our American dry style gin, Checkerbark, WildJune uses wildcrafted junipers carefully foraged in the West Texas Mountains. Unlike most gins worldwide that use the same Juniper species, our WildJune highlights the rugged, Red berry Juniper, that can only be found in America. These unusual wildcrafted junipers impart a distinct earth tone not found in standard issue gins. Great in your favorite cocktail and pairs nicely with sweet and savory dishes.

Checkerbark American Dry Gin
Checkerbark is an American take on the traditional London Dry Style Gin. While England’s demure gins are often restrained, Checkerbark is a bolder version of the British classic, and features wild harvested juniper berries. The inclusion of this unique and wild harvested juniper berry delivers a gin with a distinct flavor from a tree with a unique bark (the Checkerbark juniper tree).

We took our award winning Checkerbark American Dry Gin and stowed in both new oak and used Bourbon barrels and added one of life's most precious commodities - time. IXÁ Organic Tequila

Violet Crown Spirits Elderflower Liqueur
Elderflower grows native in Europe and North America. Don’t let the rouge fool you. Elderberry juice is quite flavorful, but at 3% it’s purely for color. The gorgeous floral bouquet is all flower essence, except for a bit of lemon for the citrus note. At 20% ABV and 30% sugar, it’s a light delight.

Our Quebranta style of Pisco results in intense and complex spirit. Its versatility makes it the Pisco of choice when mixing a Pisco Sour, the National Drink of Peru.

Mosto Verde
Our award winning Mosto Verde style of Premium Pisco is distilled from the intense non-aromatic Quebranta grapes. It is distilled to proof, without adding water or alcohol to achieve the desired alcohol content. Italia

Siglo Cero Pox
Siglo Cero or "zero century" is a brand of Pox, which they claim is an ancient Mayan drink and a reference to the Year Zero establishing the Mayan calendar. The spirit itself is a blended distillate each of corn (maize), sugar cane, and wheat. The modern person might think of it as a blend of moonshine, rum, and vodka.

Our Bourbon is PROUDLY produced in small town Minnesota. The distillery is surrounded by all the ingredients required to make a Premium Bourbon.

West 32 - Reserve Soju
West 32 Reserve is the first American-made barrel-aged soju. We aged our already-delicious locally made soju in first use American oak barrels, giving the soju a kiss of oak flavor and a delicate color. At 32% ABV, it is lighter and smoother than whiskey, while still retaining the complexity of a barrel-aged spirit..

ENSAMBLE SILVESTRE
This is a supreme mezcal, which is the result of a combination of five wild agaves: Tepextate, Tobalá, Madrecuishe, Lumbre and Tobasiche that result in an exquisite and balanced flavour. In this blend, each agave elegantly boasts its flavour.
It is a bouquet of flowers with sweet nuances invigorate the palate, inviting you to taste more. Its flavour highlights an earthy aroma of the Tepextate, a hint of herbal flavour from the Madrecuishe, as well as a the sweet touch of coconut of the Lumbre agave.

COYOTE
This is a mezcal made from wild agave, featuring floral undertones and has an aftertaste of dried fruit, which gives a sensation of fresh flowers to the palate. Sweet and subtle, this product is unique as a result of its careful distillation process and the rarity of the agave. It is a sensorial experience that goes unmatched.

TEPEXTATE
The agave used for this mezcal takes 20 years to mature. The careful elaboration process and the rarity of the agave makes this a particularly unique mezcal. It offers a sophisticated, creamy taste with floral tones that leaves an earthy aroma in the aftertaste.

TOBALÁ
Our Tobalá mezcal is fruity and distinctive. It is exceptionally delicate, smooth and floral, with the fineness of the velvety notes of cinnamon and cocoa. This mezcal is made from one of the endemic agaves from the state of Oaxaca, which grows naturally in the highest mountains in the shades of the trees.

JABALÍ
Jabalí is the most difficult agave to distill because it produces the smallest output of all the agaves used in mezcal distillation. It is the only one of our mezcals which goes through a triple distillation. Jabalí has very robust and complex flavour that possess herbal and minty tones, accompanied by an aftertaste that features zapotecan plums. We consider this the king of the mezcals.

ESPADÍN-MADRECUISHE
This is a blend of citric tones and a sensation of fresh herbs, light cocoa aroma and dry hints. It is a pleasant and supreme combination of the Espadín agave, which brilliantly complements the flavour of the Madrecuishe agave.

Tamaral Verdejo
Fresh citrus fruits on the nose with subtle floral and herbal nuances. Silky and open-knit, showing good clarity and freshness.

Tamaral Rosado
Century old vineyards situated at more than 900mt. of altitud in “Pesquera de Duero” and “Baños de Valdearados” producing under 3.500Kg per Hectare. Made from the first must bleeding (saigneé).
Intense and vivd raspberry color. Very aromatic nose with notes of red fruits, berries and floral hints. Creamy and fresh with a long and lingering finish.

Tamaral Roble
Black cherry and cassis aromas are spicy, with a sense of freshness. This Tempranillo feels tight and racy, with tension to the palate. Woody, spicy black-fruit flavors are medium in depth and a touch cooked, while this is full on the finish, with a pronounced oak flavor sticking out.

Tamaral Crianza
Dusty berry, resin and bell-pepper aromas suggest a marginally ripe wine with plenty of oak. A raw punchy choppy mouth feel and woody spicy plum and berry flavors are good but not very deep or evolved. A finish with hard tannins is par for the course.

Tamaral Reserva
Wine with a great personality and youthfulness. Intense dark cherry color. Great complexity of aromas, with outstanding red fruits, very well combined with fine toasted notes from the barrel. Silky and intense in the mouth, with very long and elegant finish.
